Symptoms

On OIAM 8.1.1, after completing all Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications Data Model Utilities (DMU) User Guide. steps to create a new user defined dimension and running the Leaf Registration batch, the new key dimension is still not visible in the allocation rule.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created new user defined dimension
2. Ran Leaf Registration
3. Confirmed that the dimension is registered in REV_DIMENSIONS_B and OFSA_CATALOG_OF_LEAVES
