Symptoms

On : 2.4.0.1.0 version,

After upgrading the iPad's ios from 14.8 to 15.0.1, drop-down arrows are no longer visible in the Operations Mobile Application (OMA).
The process should have allowed the dropdown arrows to appear


Changes

 iOS was upgraded on the iPad from 14.8 to 15.0.1
