On : 2.4.0.1.0 version,
In the Viewer's Assessment Tool's context menu, the "Assessed" option calls the wrong command, which results in a NullPointerException

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open viewer and search for any conductor.
2. Tools----> Assessment Tool, add conductors by selecting on them.
3. Select any device in Assessment Tool and right-click on it to open context menu.
4. Select Assess item from the context menu.
Expected result: selected conductor is assessed.
