Connect To JConsole From Outside The BRM Kubernetes Cluster (Doc ID 2888602.1)

An user wants to access jconsole which is on Cloud Native Environment (CNE) cluster from a Virtual Machine (VM) outside the cluster.

The user followed <Note 2830039.1> - "CNE: How to Connect to Jconsole on CNE Environment" to implement the same; however, it does not work.
