Symptoms

On ALM 8.0.x version, Early Redemption Tab is disabled / not getting activated within Prepayment rule despite the account type is defined as Liability (Account Type: Interest-Bearing Liabilities).

Eg. For one given product ID:

> Account Type: Interest-Bearing Liabilities
> Common Chart of Account: Interest Expense
> Rollup Signage: +
