Symptoms
When the user is trying to submit a bundle in Pricing Design Center (PDC), it is returning error "Load utilities failed to commit the changeset".
The user tried using both PDC user interface (UI) and Export/Import Utility commands to export XMLs, but there are no loadpricelist logs or Connection Manager (CM) logs generated during the bundle submission.
