In ALM, Recovery Runoff (FE 206) Is Not Generated For An Instrument With Devolvement and Recovery Behavior Pattern (Doc ID 2892943.1)

Symptoms

In ALM 8.0.x, after applying the Devolvement and Recovery Behavior Pattern on an Letter of Credit and Guarantees instrument record, the amounts of Devolvement runoff (FE 204) in the res_dtl are matching, however user is not able to find any values of Recovery runoff (FE 206) in same table.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
------------------------------
1). Load the instrument record data, IS Time Buckets, and the Behavior Pattern definition.
2). Run the ALM Process.
3). Check which of FE 204 (Devolvement Runoff) / FE 206 (Recovery Runoff) are generated in RES_DTL table.
