Profile Hyperlink getting appended with comma (,) if clicked directly from TF screens.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Post a message.

2. check the message.

3. Click on name and address .

4. Click on the profile hyper link on the watchlist details.

Expected result:
URL should open without any issue.

Actual result:
URL is appending with , and not opening the URL.
