Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
------------------------
Pricing Updater (PU) and Customer Updater (CU) are not getting deployed in site2 for High-Availability Disaster Recovery (DR) setup .

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
------------------------
CU and PU should be present in the DR site with 0 replicas.
In case there is any disaster, the DR site can bring up those components with replicas scaling.
