Symptoms

On Oracle Life Sciences Data Hub (LSH) 3.2 version,

When attempting to access any LSH responsibilities based on OAF from Home Navigator page,
the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Apply EBS Patch 33672402.
2. Login to LSH.
3. Attempt to navigate to any LSH responsibilities.
