Symptoms

On OFSAA 8.x, while testing running OFSAA batches via Control M in new upgrade instance, the following error appears:

ERROR

/ficapp/icc/bin/esic: error while loading shared libraries: libjvm.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file \
or directory

This is the first time being tested in this instance.  There is no issue with running any batches from the front end.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run ESIC batch script ofsaa_invokie.sh from Control-M
