Symptoms

Released BOM Children are not showing Parent on Where Used Tab.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Web Client, and open the assembly part ASY-XXXXX
2. Go to BOM tab, and open the child item LBL-YYYYY
3. Go to Where Used tab. Cannot see the assembly part number ASY-XXXXX
4. When LBL-YYYYY Where Used Tab exported, Parent assembly part number ASY-XXXXX is included in exported data
