Symptoms

When attempting to export a project in P6 Professional to XER format, the following error occurs:

TCVirtualTable.ProcessLoadDelayedMemo: table=(Activity Feedback)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. In P6 Professional, open a Project.
  2. Select File > Export... from the menu.
  3. Choose Primavera PM (XER) format, step through the rest of the prompts, and click Finish.
  4. Observe the reported error occurs during the process.
