Symptoms

Is it possible to implement an attribute that will control the access to view, get, modify, etc. certain attachments for external users?


Changes

 A rule is set up for users that they're only able to access or modify an attachment if an attribute called Attachment Type equals the value INTERNAL ONLY.

The rule only seems to be working either when there is a single attachment or when there are multiple attachments and they all have INTERNAL ONLY under Attachment Type.

In the case of multiple attachments and one does not have  Attachment Type equals the value INTERNAL ONLY, the rule will not be respected and users are not able to modify any attachment.
