Symptoms

On : 2.5.0.1.0 version,

When a device is operated on the source side of a step transformer, this causes some of the conductor to become degraded on the secondary side of the step transformer. The line on the source side of the step transformer becomes bi-directional.
If an event is tied to one of these devices, the degraded line will include impacted customers from the degraded line as part of the event. This causes the event to have an inaccurate customer count.
