Goal

On Oracle Communications Offline Mediation Controller (OCOMC) 12.0.0.5.0 version,

While trying to rate Mobile Terminating (MT) calls, Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) is searching user identities by CALLING_FROM number and is ignoring what is set in USER_IDENTITY and GSM_INFO[0].DIRECTION fields. Here customer is using Out Of the Box (OOTB) event EventDelayedSessionTelcoGsm.

Below error is reported on the ecedc.log during this:
