Is there a way we can look at SPL Tech Logs in Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service?

We are troubleshooting one interface and want to check the SPL Tech Logs for any errors. Since, we are in Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service, so I'm not sure how to see the tech logs. Could you please help me if there is any way we can check the tech logs in cloud applications?
