On : 2.5.0.1.0 version, Web Workspace

FLISR switching sheet plan is stuck during the automatic plan execution

In some cases, switching steps in FLISR switching sheets have remained in-progress during automatic execution, resulting in the associated switching sheet and DMS event status always displaying 'InProgress'.

NMS has two SRS rules that help the sheet transition to error state in the event of a timeout.

1) FLISR_PLAN_EXECUTION_TIMEOUT -- Maximum allowed for automatic execution of FLISR switching sheets.
2) DMS_SW_STEP_FAIL_RETRIES_WAIT_TIME -- Number of retries and wait time between retries before finalizing a SCADA.

It was observed that the sheet and event got stuck despite configuring these two rules at customer site.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create a FLISR sheet
  2. Automatically execute the sheet
  3. Any failures should be reported as failed steps.
