Symptoms

On : 2.5.0.1.0 version,

Customer recently saw an issue where some of their devices were not showing the FLISR_FEEDER_DISABLE condition in the Viewer or in the Condition Summary tool, whereas the FLISR_FEEDER_DISABLE condition appears fine on other devices.
The FLISR_FDR_DISABLE condition is configured to show up when a SCADA measurement of Hotline Tag is set from the SCADA system.
Hotline Enable is showing up in the SCADA Summary when set, but the condition is not getting placed on the device in the viewer. However, FLISR does recognize that this SCADA measurement is set and abort FLISR if triggered on the device/feeder.

The following SRS rule drives the behavior of FLISR_FEEDER_DISABLE based on the Hotline tag Scada point:
FLISR Feeder Disable   _PF_MEAS_FLISR_FEEDER_DISABLE

( Specifies the SCADA attribute name used to determine the value of the FLISR Feeder Disable measurement)

The FLISR_FEEDER_DISABLE condition should be visible when appropriate
