Symptoms

You have a slow performance issue when logging into an OFSAA environment which is configured with LDAP.  After entering your user and password, the login is taking from 5 to 10 minutes.  Once in the application, the performance is normal.  The issue only occurs during login.

There is no issue on the database side.  All SQL seems to be executing efficiently.
