Symptoms

Customer tried to simulate concurrent charging requests on CHF and it is observed that records are getting missed/duplicated.
Fired 110 closed Call Detail Record (CDR) requests and 120 CDRs got generated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Neither CDRs should not get missed nor duplicate CDRs should be generated
