Symptoms

When users are running Data collections, Planning Data Pull Workers are running longer than normal

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Advanced Supply Chain Planner Responsibility
2. Navigate to Collections > Oracle Systems > Standard Collections
3. Review the timings of this program- Planning Data Pull Worker
