On : 2.7.0.3.0 version, ENV - Environment

The rate configuration in the SA type is based on the “Rate Selection Date”. Hence in the above example when we bill 01 Jan 2022 to 31 Mar 2022 as a single bill, CC&B applies Rate3 for the entire period. The business expectation is to bill each month based on the rate effective in the service agreement.

As per CC&B, month1 is billed with Rate1, month2 is billed with Rate2, and month3 is billed with Rate3. As per business requirements, it is needed to cancel month1, month2 and month3 and rebill the entire period month1, month2 and month3 together as a single bill.

However, the corresponding rate should be applied to each month.
