Symptoms

In the discrepancy page, for certain discrepancies that were created by validation checks but not sent to InForm yet, when clicking on the manage button, the option to Open in Inform and / or Send to InForm is not an available choice in the drop down menu.
The tags are blank for these discrepancies.
