Symptoms

Create a new Advanced Condition
Utilities > Advanced Condition Library
[New] button
[No] button
Select for Field: PRODUCTS > Product Information > Product Family Name
Select: 'equal to'
For Value, Use the Drop Down list
Expected Products are not in the list
