MCAD Connector, Workspace Window Is Skipped and Not Shown When Performing Load to CAD from Agile (Doc ID 2903183.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior

Workspace is not showing in Agile Load Preview window of MCAD (Mechanical Computer Aided Design) Connector when performing Load to CAD from Agile after Upgrading to Agile PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) 9.3.6.20 and MCAD connector 3.6.4.1.

Expected Behavior

Workspace to show in Agile Load Preview window of MCAD Connector when performing Load to CAD from Agile.

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

On Agile PLM 9.3.6 RUP20 with MCAD connector 3.6.4.1

  1. Log into Agile Web Client, and search and open Design object.
  2. Actions > Load to CAD
  3. Open the CAD file.
  4. MCAD connector opens in Agile Load Preview window but do not see Workspace.

Agile 9.3.4 with MCAD connector:3.3.0.3, it shows Workspace

  1. Log into Agile Web Client, and search and open Design object.
  2. Actions > Load to CAD
  3. Open the CAD file.
  4. MCAD connector opens in Agile Load Preview window and also see Workspace area in the window.



Changes

Upgraded from MCAD connector 3.3 to 3.6.x.
