Not able to access queues and alerts in application UI (Doc ID 2903561.1)

Symptoms

Not able to view the queue details in Queue Management for all the users

Steps to Reproduce the issue:
Step1: Access the application UI (TF or CS)
Step2: Try to open queue and alerts

Actual Behavior:
Not able access queues and alerts in UI (screen is shown empty with an pop up "Error"

Expected Behavior:
Able to access queue and alerts in UI without any issue

Error encountered:
