Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempting to auto-publishing the documents, users are getting Primary Key Violation Exception.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Auto publishing the documents should be successful.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Try to auto-publish the documents into Document Manager
  2. Observe the error
