Print PDF Is Not Working For CS Cases (Doc ID 2903667.1)

On : 8.0.7 version, Web UI

Steps to reproduce:

1. Customer is on 8.1.2.
2. Click on CS Case-> Print -> View pdf.
3. Error while downloading the Pdf.
4. For AML cases, the issue is not happening. It is happening for CS Cases.

Error encountered:
Print PDF is not working for CS cases

file:/apps/oramld/web/apache-tomcat-9.0.41/webapps/fccm/WEB-INF/classes/Reports/CUSTOMER_SCREENING.xml; Line #113; Column #144; The value of attribute "VALUE" associated with an element type "PARAMETER" must not contain the '<' character.
oracle.apps.xdo.XDOException: java.lang.Exception: Document #2 looks corrupted.

Expected result:

The pdf should download.

Actual result:
The pdf download is not working.
