In Interval Data Manager (IDM) the Internally Valid "I" and Externally Valid "E" Indicator Columns Are Missing (Doc ID 2903731.1)

Symptoms

After database refresh from Production to test environment and there are 2 columns missing from the screen in Interval Data Manager (IDM) view, Internally Valid "I" and Externally Valid "E" indicator columns.
In production these columns, Internally Valid and Externally Valid indicator, are visible in the web interface. In the test environment they are not.
