Where Used Tab of the Item Is Not Displaying All Results for Selected Site (Doc ID 2903734.1)

Actual Behavior

Where Used tab is not displaying the information for some parts after selecting Site.
This happens intermittently.
After refreshing the Agile database, the Where Used tab information can be seen for the same item and the same site.
However, after some time past, it is not showing again.

Expected Behavior

Where Used tab of the Part to show the correct information when Site is selected.

Facts

• Site is enabled.
• The parts experiencing the problem are used in tens of thousands of assemblies
• Java Client > Admin tab > Server Settings > Preferences > Maximum Query Results Display is set to 5000

Steps

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Log into Web Client
2. Open the problem Part, go to Site field and change the value from All to specific Site
3. Go to Where Used Tab. See the Where Used Tab is blank
