X1-MIGSA Migrate SA issue in setting MDM SP ID
MDM SP ID generated by X1-MIGSP is incorrectly set by X1-MIGSA.
A CCB-SP ID plus '00' is suffixed by X1-MIGSP to create an MDM-SP ID.
The MDM-SP ID is expected to have a "prefix" of '00' + CCB-SP ID, but X1-MIGSA expects a '00' + CCB-SP ID to get the MDM ID and generate the US ID.
Script X1ProcSAIds sets MDM SP by "00" + CCB SP ID, but the actual MDM SP ID generated by X1-MIGSP was CCB SP ID + "00".
Steps to reproduce

Run X1-MIGSP in full dataset.
Run X1-MIGP in full dataset.
Run X1-MIGSA. Batch process X1-MIGSA manually submitted in single thread. Failed test in 22A with sizable data/PROD volumes but limiting the process to 9 SA IDs only.
