Symptoms

REQEXT errors with ORA-01405: :fetched column value is NULL in c_get_store_ord_mult

Customer reports that when REQEXT runs overnight it errors with ORA-01405: :fetched column value is NULL in c_get_store_ord_mult.

This occurs when there is an item which has a NULL in UOM_CONV_FACTOR in c_get_store_ord_mult. Customer can resolve this with the manual work around of updating ITEM_MASTER and set UOM_CONV_FACTOR to 1 for the item for the error log.

However these items are SUOM of EA and therefore should not require UOM_CONV_FACTOR.
