Goal

As part of Technical Safety and Soundness customer is withdrawing Microsoft Visual Studio C++ versions for 2005, 2008 and 2010. When withdrawn the system cannot find Microsoft Visual Studio C++ 2008 Redistributable X86 and Documaker 12.1 studio stops working including Gendaw32.dll.
