Not able to navigate to account from customer 360 page by clicking on account hyperlink in

Recently upgraded to V4.  Now we are unable to navigate to Account from the Customer 360 page by clicking on the Account hyperlink.
Upon clicking on the Account hyperlink, the page freezes and a java script error error occurs.
