Symptoms

1)
Batch Validation Job Fails with 'TMS Internal ErrorThesaurus Corrupted' Error i.e. the Batch Validation log file contains:

TMS Thesaurus Validation Execution
calling TMS_OCL_DERV.DERIVATION first time
TMS Internal ErrorThesaurus Corrupted
Report to TMS Administrator.
Batch Validation aborted due to an error

 

2)
OPA_DEBUG output contains the 'New term came in with same Sid, and owner is not tms' error message when processing the 'DIAMMONIUM GLYCYRRHIZINATE ENTERIC-COATEDÂ' term:

No lookup of dict dom

 Upgraded from a pre-TMS 5.1.2.2 release to TMS 5.3.1 (where the 'DIAMMONIUM GLYCYRRHIZINATE ENTERIC-COATEDÂ' term was entered / omission created in the pre-upgrade release).
