Goal

Qn1: The user needs to know time zone settings for Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) application. Currently the user has set the Oracle application, Database (DB) and Relational Database Service (RDS) DB to SGT time zone. If the applications are to be hosted in AWS Singapore timezone and RDS DB to be in a different timezone, then what would be the recommended time zone settings?

Qn2: If the user has AWS RDS set to SGT time zone, what would be the recommended setting for the DB?

Qn3: When time zone setting is set to SGT on APP/DB servers and DB, all applications are working except for billing care, which is 8 hours behind. How to resolve this issue?
