LDAP_DETAILS Table ROOT_DN Column Data Length Increase (Doc ID 2904355.1)

Symptoms

While upgrading from 8.0.2 to 8.1.2.2, As part of 8.0.5 upgrade in the installation we noticed the below error in AAAI_PACK/logs/OFSAAIUpdate.log

UPDATE LDAP_DETAILS SET ROOT_DN = (SELECT PARAMVALUE FROM CONFIGURATION WHERE PARAMNAME = 'ROOTDN') WHERE EXISTS (SELECT ROOT_DN FROM LDAP_DETAILS WHERE ROOT_DN = 'DUMMY')
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-12899: value too large for column "CONFIG"."LDAP_DETAILS"."ROOT_DN" (actual: 111, maximum: 100)
