Communication Issue Between DiameterGateway And HttpGateway (Doc ID 2905335.1)

Symptoms

In an environment of two sites active-active setup, after patching to Patch Set (PS) 4 Interim Patch (IP) 2 version, there is a problem with connections between Diameter Gateway (DGW) and httpGateway. A lot of (thousands) connections are in TIME_WAIT state between DGW's and httpGateway.

On port 8080, the DGW's are starting to timeout customers transactions with error like 2022-05-13 12:32:50.836 CEST ERROR - - - - timeout1: customer:31182663316.
