Symptoms

Issue with external API addition in PMF workflow

Steps to reproduce:
Step1: Configure external API in PMF
Step2: Connect to TF API and post message
Step3: Observe message posting failure.

Expected result: Message should be posted without any errrors

Actual result: Error in ManagedServer.out log
[ERROR] 2022-10-18 06:27:51.265 [pool-22-thread-1] aai - com.oracle.ofss.sanctions.postProcess.investigation.client.PmfAutoAssignClient Exception occured in method AutoAssign Pmf with Message = Failed AutoAssign : HTTP error code : 500
