Unable to monitor BRM webservices manager in CNE Environment

During the initial Performance sanity test of the API layer, we have observed issues with the API layer response times. As there is no instrumentation for the WSM-Tomcat pod we cannot investigate further as no metrics are exposed.

It is not possible to monitor in Grafana the request rates and execution times, JVM performance including garbage collection, etc. for this component (only k8s level statistics like pod cpu and memory usage).
This is a gap that impacts both Performance testing (we will not be able to gather data for tuning) and Production (no monitoring for this layer).
