Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When a user removes a document from a Business Process (BP), the record within the Document Manager is not deleted.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When deleting documents from BP records, the document should also be removed with the Document Manager.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into Unifier
- Navigate to the specific BP record
- Open BP record and navigate to the attachment tab
- Click on the gear tab next to the attachment that needs to be deleted
- Click on remove
- Navigate to the appropriate location in Document Manager where the document was stored
- Noticed the document was still there.
