Auto Accept E2B Service is Getting Stuck / Running Very Slowly for one Reporting Destination (Doc ID 2906196.1)

Goal


Auto Accept E2B service is not working intermittently.

Identified that incoming files from one reporting destination are causing an issue in the Auto Accept E2B process.

For example, a few lines below are causing delays in processing (Taken from the Interchange logs on Transaction Server - Typically C:\ESM\Logs:

The line

"FileName_A.xml" was started processing by "Auto Accept E2B Report on 11-Oct-2022 at 09:18:17 and was accepted by the system on 12-Oct-2022, 00:31:42.

similarly another file  

"FileName_B" started processing on 12-Oct-2022, 00:42:37 but still is in the processing state

 

Note: These were large files with many Events and Products, so will take some time, this causes other reports pending Auto-Accept to effectively become 'stuck' behind these long-running auto-accept reports.

What can be done, so that other reports are not blocked by these long-running Auto-Accept cases?
