NMS Color Scheme Preference Not Saved With User Preferences

Customer has a number of users in Citrix who are setting their color scheme to "light", saving preferences, logging out and back in (and hitting another Citrix Server), their color scheme revert to "dark"
The same user, on their desktop is getting the "light" scheme are desired which means the DB row in user_preferences is good.
If a user changes their color scheme to Dark Mode and then logs in to a difference physical machine, the preference seems to be lost.
