Need a clarification that how an alert get generated on 'republic of china' with 'central african republic' on rule [C0024] Exact ISO Country Code (ISO 3).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to EDQ

2. Open the webtester

3. provide the input.

Expected result:

Match should generate for the China ISO country code.

Actual result:

The match is coming for central african republic.
