Suspense Management Center Is Not Showing the next Window on Clicking Search Records (Doc ID 2906379.1)

Symptoms

Issue is that, while clicking on 'Search Records' options, no Search criteria window is showing up in Suspense Management Center (windows thick client).


STEPS
-----------------------
1. Launch Suspense Management Center
2. click on Search Records, it is expected that a new window will pop up to show the Search criteria, but it is not
