Not Able View Bill-Profile For Few Of The Existing Live Customer Accounts In CRM As BRM Throws Error (Doc ID 2906509.1)

Symptoms

From the Siebel when the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is viewing and drilling down the Billing Profile for the customer account , the request is failing in Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) with PIN_ERR_NOT_FOUND in the BRM 12 environment. Where as the same request is getting successful in the BRM 12 Patch Set 5 environment.

As initial analysis, it was verified that the account has 3 billinfo poids where as 2 poids are active and one is in InActive Status. The billinfo which has InActive was having last_bill_Obj_id0, but the same bill poid does not exist in the Bill_t table, as the bill_t table is purged by the IT Operations as part of the maintenance activity but issue is not reproducible in the current production which 12PS5 environment where as the issue is occurred in the BRM 12PS4 environment.
