Device Activity Start Date Time Zone Shift Issue

When viewing Device Activities from the main Device page in C2M, activity creation datetimes, which are the correct local datetimes being sent from the smart meter Head End System, do not match the corresponding ‘START DATE/TIME’ column values. The incorrect datetime values in the ‘START DATE/TIME’ column are shifted 1 hour ahead of the correct datetime being sent from the Head End System.

Question: Describe recent changes to your environment
Answer: AMI Implementation

Question: Provide other details (Critical process, critical dates, financial impact, frequency, % of impacted transactions):
Answer: This is impacting our ability to trust printed activity date-timestamps, potentially creating confusion amongst functional users.

Question: Which best describes what you are looking for?
Answer: No error but incorrect system behavior

Question: What is the expected or acceptable result?
Answer: We expect the START DATE/TIME and ACTIVITY ID description link on the Device Activity (D1-DVCACT) Zone to display the same or approximate datetimes (datetime is not shifted for time-zone/DST).

Question: Does this issue involve any batch?
Answer: No, this is an on-line transaction
