Differentiators ods file processed with success but the records are not persisted.

When trying to create differentiators via ODS upload file the process finished with success however no records are persisted into RMS.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Diff type FRAGAN should be loaded to RMS table when loading the following file:

DIFF_TYPES:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 - Download Differentiators ODS file.
2 - Add a diff group and diff id with action 'Create' (Crear)
3 - Try uploading the ODS file into RMS.
