Buyer Worksheet Supplier Site Error "No Scaling Constraint Exists For The Selected Worksheet Item" (Doc ID 2906694.1)

Symptoms

The buyer Worksheet search screen's result section does not update if you change the search selection criteria and throws an error.

 "No Scaling constraint exists for the selected worksheet item".

Steps to Reproduce
-----------------------
1. Go into the buyer worksheet and filter to Buyer <BUYER_VALUE_1> with a created date 3/20/22 and click the search button
2. Add supplier site <SUPPLIER_SITE_VALUE_1> to filter and hit the search button
3. Highlight the item with recommended order quantity and click the Total button. The scaling constraints reflect correctly.
4. Update the supplier site for the filter to <SUPPLIER_SITE_VALUE_2> and click search. The items update to the match supplier site <SUPPLIER_SITE_VALUE_2>, but the scaling constraint remains for <SUPPLIER_SITE_VALUE_1>.
5. Update the recommended order quantity to 16 on an item for supplier site <SUPPLIER_SITE_VALUE_2> and click the Total button. Error messages below appear.

 "No Scaling constraint exists for the selected worksheet item".
